Finding the right trees for large, sturdy power poles is difficult and results in unpredictable delivery times. By using glulam for poles ranging from 19 to 31 meters, WOPAS can offer predictable lead times, typically 5-8 weeks.

Small tolerances also enable the delivery of poles in sections for easier transport. The starting point is GL30c quality glulam, but it's also possible to use CLT (cross-laminated timber) and LVL (laminated veneer lumber).
